Recommended Reading for 4 Day NLP Diploma and 8 Day NLP Practitioner courses

These are the four books that I recommend you buy / borrow to support you in your learning.

Introducing NLP by Joseph O’Connor

This does what it says it does and introduces NLP. Personally I find Joseph’s books ‘easy’ to read and understand which is why I recommend them!

Introducing NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming

NLP Workbook by Joseph O’Connor

Joseph based this book on his NLP Practitioner manual; as such it is an invaluable resource for those of you who will be completing the 8 Day Practitioner course. If your budget will only stretch to one purchase then please go for this one. I will refer to it throughout the training.

NLP Workbook: A practical guide to achieving the results you want

Brilliant NLP by Michael Holden

Another easy read albeit in a different style; an alternative to ‘Introducing NLP’. Less ‘wordy’, clearly laid out, more diagrams, dare I say it, more ‘fun’!

Brilliant NLP: What the Most Successful People Know, Do and Say (Brilliant Business)

The NLP Coach by Ian McDermott and Wendy Jago

More like a text book; well written, extremely thorough.

The NLP Coach: A Comprehensive Guide to Personal Well-Being and Professional Success
